Do you offer international shipping?
I do indeed. However parfums can only be sent to a UK address due to restrictions with shipping certain liquids out the country.
All jewellery and vintage items can be shipped anywhere in the world though. If you’re an international shopper and you add any parfum to your basket it simply won’t let you checkout. Hopefully in the future I’m able to change that!

Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately no. It’s simply unhygienic to spray a fragrance then send it back to me for an exchange. I’m unable to resell that for hygiene reasons so it would have to be disposed of. Please make sure you read the fragrance description before fully committing. The same applies to jewellery.

I'm so delighted with my first order from The Cosmic Butterfly. The perfume bottle design is so cute and excellent quality. I actually have mobility issues with my hands and this isn't too tricky at all because it's so well made. The perfume itself is a gorgeous scent, not too overpowering but lasts and it's really moisturising on your skin and doesn't irritate sensitive skin either. I love how bright and fun everything is, it just makes you smile. Customer service is fabulous too. Highly recommend.

If you love the scent of roses, then this is the perfume for you! The fragrance is heady and strong, but not at all overwhelming. As someone who has eczema and very sensitive skin, there’s always a bit of trepidation when using any new beauty products… but I NEVER feel that way with thecosmicbutterfly’s products. They’re high quality, very well made, and actually make my skin feel soft! Would definitely, definitely recommend!
